Southridge Development is located in the southeast portion of Reinbeck, Iowa.  Reinbeck is a town of about 1,650 people in northeast Iowa.  This is the second addition to the Southridge Development, originally a development of 21 lots that was started in 2003 and completed in 2008.  The goal of the second addition to the development is to allow the city of Reinbeck to continue to expand and grow.

​**UPDATE** - We've reduced pricing on all lots by about 10%. Prices now range from $35,000 up to $47,000 with an average price of less than $40,000.
